Learn about our return and exchange policy
Important Notice
To benefit from return, exchange, and warranty services, you must bring the original invoice. Returns and exchanges include all items except books and prepaid cards unless there is a manufacturing defect according to the following conditions:
Return & Exchange Conditions

The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and sealed in its original packaging

Returns within 3 days and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase

Promotional offers linked to the returned item can be returned if in original condition, otherwise the promotional value will be deducted

Refunds for third-party collections are subject to the service provider's terms and conditions. The customer must bring the payment receipt with the invoice to be able to refund the amount if the service provider's terms allow

Return, exchange, and warranty services extend within the geographical boundaries of the country where the product was purchased

Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment and carton are intact and in good condition and were not opened before receipt

The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of receipt

The book must be free from any scratches or misuse
Bring the original book with all accessories if available
